You own your stuff, we own our stuff
We might show off our work together (unless you say no)
We work with health & wellness brands that align with our values
We stay compliant with wellness marketing regulations globally

The Serious Bits

			We can update these terms (but we'll tell you first)
Either of us can end things with 30 days' notice
We're not responsible for what your customers do with your products
Different countries have different rules - we'll navigate them together

		

The Legal Framework

For EU clients, GDPR compliance is standard
For US clients, we respect FDA/FTC guidelines
For all clients, we follow local health marketing regulations

When Things End

			Pay outstanding invoices
Return each other's confidential info
