When payment starts

Payment terms activate on your project start date. The invoice date is irrelevant. The email timestamp is irrelevant. The clock starts when work starts - so your payment method needs confirming before the first session, full stop.

Confirming a payment method takes five minutes. Sorting it retrospectively takes considerably longer and tends to land at the exact moment you'd rather be finishing a client brief or a well-earned cup of tea.

Mutual confidentiality underpins this working relationship. You bring us into the inner workings of your practice - the frameworks you've spent years refining, the positioning language taking months to land - and we treat that with the discretion it warrants.

Our deliverables stay within your practice in return. Copy, strategy documents, frameworks, templates - yours to use, held within your team.
